Instagramでめちゃくちゃ美味しそうなお鮨をよく見掛けていたので、ずっと行ってみたかった『難波 寿司 まつもと』さんへ⊂( ・ω・ )⊃千日前通沿いのビルにあるので利便性も抜群♬.*゚
本店東京赤坂でミシュランにも選出されている事もありワクワク。店内はカウンターと半個室のテーブル席がありゆったりお鮨を堪能出来ます。
今回は贅沢におまかせ握り特上コースを頂きました。

・前菜
菊菜の白和え・養老豆腐・秋刀魚生姜煮・鴨のローストビーフ・きのこのスープ
山芋をすり潰して作られた養老豆腐と、シンプルなんだけど白和えが気に入りました♡
きのこのスープは濃厚でキャビアの塩気がアクセントに、秋刀魚の生姜煮もあっさりした味付けで美味しかったです。
・松茸の土瓶蒸し
熱々の土瓶の中には鱧、えび、鶏肉、松茸、春菊が贅沢に入っており、すだちを搾り頂くと優しいお出汁が身体に染み渡ります。1日の疲れがこの一口で癒されました♬.*゚具材も大きく食べ応えがありました。
・お造り
鮃の身の透明感が素晴らしい!薄造りなのにしっかり味を楽しめました。本マグロは口に入れたら一瞬で無くなっちゃった♩¨̮良い脂のりにうっとり♡
・雲丹のイカ巻き
こちらの名物。:°ஐ..♡*イカの甘みと雲丹の甘みは最強コンビです。見た目も美しく思わず(≖ᴗ≖ )ニヤリ

大好物のシマアジは身が分厚くしっかり脂が乗っていてやっぱり最高!鰆は皮を炙ってくれているので皮の香ばしさが良い仕事をしておりました。
アワビは肝醤油で香り豊かに同じくたいらぎ貝も歯ごたえが良く貝の旨味たっぷりでした。
・なすまんじゅう
蓮根まんじゅうならぬ「茄子まんじゅう」のもちもち感と餡のとろみ具合がめちゃくちゃ美味しい〜少しねっとりしてるんだけどスッと溶けてく感じが何ともお鮨の中休みを充実させてくれます。
・のどぐろと雲丹ごはん 小丼
温かいごはんの熱に雲丹が溶けたのか、うにご飯が絶品の小さな丼。のどぐろ乗せなんて贅沢極まりない!
・豆乳の茶碗蒸し
お腹がいっぱいになって来た頃にこちらの本当に優しい茶碗蒸しが登場。滑らかな舌触りでペロッと食べれちゃいます。

握り後半はパンチのあるラインナップです。大トロは長崎県産との事で上品な脂で、海老が本当に立派!うなぎの白焼きも口の中で瞬殺〜
おとなりさんが同系列の鉄板焼き屋さんなので、神戸牛サーロインのお鮨まで♡お肉も食べれて嬉しい♡

最後に赤だしととろたく、デザートはマロンクリームのムースで終了。もうはち切れんばかりのボリュームで大大満足でした♬.*゚出来れば最後のデザートはフルーツが良かったなぁ。
どれも職人さんが丁寧な手仕事を施しておられ、美味しかったのはもちろん、握りはシャリコマでお願いしたにも関わらずもうはち切れんばかりの満腹。ボリュームも凄いので大満足なお料理でした( ˶¯꒳¯˵)。o♡
