大好きなにく式さん。数日前から体調整えて臨みます。それにしても暑い。こんな日は焼肉でスタミナつけないとなんだが、その前に肉刺しをひと通り食べるのがお決まり。
開幕は牛ユッケスタート。明らかに新鮮で濃厚な旨味のユッケ。甘めの濃いタレと卵黄を絡めていただきます。他店とはひと味違う極上の味。続いて赤身刺し。さっぱりながら、食感ねっとり柔らかなシンシンは箸が止まらん旨さ。
ここから焼肉ゾーンに突入。厚切りのタン2種は並みタンでもサクっと歯が入る。上タンは更にその上を行く。ホルモン3種は全て新鮮で柔らかいのだが、特におすすめはシビレ。これどこの部位なんだ?フォアグラを想い起こす濃厚な旨味と柔らか食感、濃厚な旨味で思わず『うまっ』と声が出る。
シマチョウは油の甘さと醤油ダレの甘味が融合。臭みは一切なし。ハラミ、上サガリ、カイノミの赤身ゾーンに突入。厚切りのカイノミは柔らかく赤身の旨さが際立つ。たっぷりタレを絡めて網に乗せ、ひっくり返す前に再度タレに絡ませて濃厚な旨さを肉に纏わせる。
さっぱり赤身の旨みを柔らかお肉でランプをいただく。50超えるとやっぱり赤身だよね〜って思います。間違いない旨さ。
最後に焼きしゃぶをレアで、コムタンスープ風の冷麺で〆る。しかし私はこれで終わらない。ハツ刺しとガツ刺しを追加で注文。にく式さんに来たらこの2種の刺身は必食です。しっとり濃厚なハツ刺しと食感コリコリのガツを生姜醤油でさっぱりいただくガツ刺しは唯一無二の旨さです。
それにしても毎回箸が止まらず、お腹パンパンに。ここまで旨い肉刺し食べれるなら麻生まで来るしかない。本日も大満足です。ご馳走さまでした。
