何度か利用させて頂いてます。まずは入り口から和の世界で、初回はお出向いしてもらいました。最初は1人カウンターで、赤色のカウンターが妙に落ち着きます。料理は最初から舌鼓、先付で出てくる和出汁ジュレは絶品。そしてそして最後までほんとに美味しい。店主の腕前、センス、舌は特級では。全品通して手抜きなしの高い完成度。女将さんは抹茶をたててくれ、日本酒のソムリエさんもいて、目にも口にも、五感に美味。コースで¥10,000前後って?、こんなに美味しくて? 銀座で? あり得ない、安すぎでは ..!
と初体験。脱帽。基本コースですが、アラカルトで追加注文も可能です。
2回目は2人で個室を使わせて頂きましたが、カウンター席が数席、個室は1室だったでしょうか、比較的こじんまりとしたお店ですが、季節ごとに工夫されたお料理、自然と笑みがこぼれるお店です。料理もお酒も至極、気遣いも最高、それでいて気軽に利用できるのがさらに素晴らしい。感謝、感謝、ご馳走さまです。また何度も伺いたい。
カウンターは禁煙、個室は可のこともあり。店外には灰皿あり。
