関西は牛肉文化
そして京都の肉割烹は本当に素晴らしい
こちらは肉割烹の有名店「にくの匠三芳」が
プロデュースした和牛肉のカジュアル店です。
見た目に映える肉鍋が有名ですが
あまりにも美味しそうなメニュー構成なので
肉鍋をいただく前に
レア肉中心に注文をしていたら肉鍋に到達せずお腹が大満足になってしまいました・・・
以下、二人で食べたメニューです。
まずは生ビールで乾杯!
レア系のメニューにワクワクしながら、まずは3品注文します。
ツラミポン酢
黒毛和牛タンユッケ
お肉のお造り
どれも新鮮な肉の旨味と甘みが感じられます。
ワインのボトルを白でお願いしました。
ワインはアンリブルジョワの
ソーヴィニヨンブラン6000円
やや柑橘感が全面に出ていますが
上品に仕上がった一本で
レア肉との相性抜群でした。
ここで肉鍋に行くか迷いましたが
まだレア肉が食べたいので
厚切りタンを注文です。
こちらも絶対食べてほしい一品です。
なんとも言えない食感と旨味
ご飯といただきたくなり白飯を注文です。
なんとなく鳥唐揚げが食べたくなり
〆は鶏から+ご飯にて大満足な内容でした。
こちらの店は
肉の新鮮さがとにかく素晴らしいので
まずはレア肉からがおすすめです。
生ビール2杯と
ワインボトルも飲んで14000円
安すぎてビックリなお店です。
予約困難な理由納得です。
