前回息子と訪れるも、駐車場待ちで車列が出来てましたので訪問できず今回は早めに到着しました。
それでも既に駐車場はあと3台のみ!危なかった!
本日頂いたのは
レバー焼き定食 (大盛り) 950円(多分100円)
息子は同じ物で普通盛り
ぎょうざ500円
▪️レバー焼き定食
炒めた玉ねぎ、その上に大量のレバー。
少ししょっぱめのタレだが、ご飯と一緒だと丁度いい濃さになり美味しい。
レバーのモサモサ感も無く玉ねぎとたっぷりタレを絡ませてご飯で頂くと最高の組み合わせになります。
レバー特有の臭みなど一切無くまるで厚切りの柔らかい肉の様。
お客さんの大半がレバー焼きかレバー炒めを頼まれてました。
それだけレバーが美味しい証拠ですね。
ライス大盛りはお蕎麦のどんぶりで量も満足。
スープも美味しくラーメンも以前食べて美味しかったのでお勧めです。
お新香は沢庵と搾菜ですが、搾菜はお土産にしたかった位美味しくビールに会います。
▪️ぎょうざ
薄皮に餡がぎっしり。
餡の味も良く、焼き目もパリっとしていて美味しい。
6個入りだが少し高めの設定。
ぎょうざには酢胡椒でさっぱり頂くと素材の味も堪能出来てやっぱりいいな!
