本日は横浜市鶴見駅近くの立ち飲み屋に伺いました。
日曜日なのに若い方から年配の方まで大盛況の店内です。
メニューはホルモン類が大半を占めてますが、新鮮なホルモンは臭みが一切無くどれも美味。
中でも千枚刺しや牛ハツ刺し等コリコリの食感がホルモン好きには堪りません。
酢味噌などは自家製なのか分かりませんが、丁度いい酢加減で千枚刺しにドバーっとかけて食べるスタイルが大好きです。
1番人気のもつ煮は、牛すじや大根などじっくり煮込まれてご飯にも合うもつ煮だと思います。
よくあるもつ煮とは違って1番人気というのは納得です。
皿焼きレバーは牛のレバーで新鮮そのものですが、自分で軽くバーナーで炙る事で香ばしさもプラスされこちらも美味。
ついつい食べ過ぎてしまいますが、丁度いい量と味付けが抜群にいい立ち飲み屋でした。
