美味しく、気さくに会話も楽しめました。いつもありがとうございます。子供が小さいながら、カウンターに座らせていただき、大将の子供への温かい眼差し・細かな配慮・おもてなし、誠に有難うござました。
子供もすっかり天使さんのファンです。
店内は明るく清潔感があり、凛と引き締まった重い感じではなく、いい感じに雰囲気が良く、天六とのギャップを味わえる、素敵なお店です。
また、来ていらっしゃるお客様も皆さま紳士で温かみがあり、天使さんは、人を惹きつけるものがあると思います。
付き出し、
うすいマメ、平目の南蛮漬け、螢烏賊の酢味噌。
うすいマメは柔らかくて、優しく上品な出汁が良く染み渡っていて、お酒がグングン進む一品。平目の南蛮漬けは酢の角がなく、まろやかに仕上がっていて美味しいです。
造りの盛合せ
剣先烏賊、雲丹、カンパチ、本マグロ赤身、北寄貝、金目鯛炙り。
烏賊は透明で甘味が◎ カンパチは脂が乗っていると同時に、身が引き締まってコリッとした食感と共に美味しいです。本マグロの赤身は寝かせて熟成しておりもちっとした食感がまた格別です。
金目鯛の炙りは、炭火で炙っており、遠赤外線効果もあって、身がふっくらとしてはち切れんばかりにプルンプルンに香ばしさも相まって、かなり美味しいです。
蓮根饅頭
片栗粉にまぶし揚げて、外はカリッと中はもっちもち。出汁がほんと感動するくらいに美味しいです。くどさがなくさっぱりと柔らかい、まろやかな出汁でとっても美味しいです。具材も、エビ、キクラゲ、百合根などなど、
具沢山です。
稚鮎の天麩羅(塩焼きも有り)
苦味がキツくなく、パクパクと進みます。
鰻(鹿児島国内産)の蒲焼
もう絶品です。皮はパリパリっと香ばしく、身はふっくらととろけるようであって、注文が入ってから丹念に炭火で焼かれて、ここでしか味わえない一品だと思います。
本日の絶品鮨は
鰆と伝助穴子の煮穴子
鰆は炭火で炙られており、全くパサつくことなくらふっくらと脂身が凝縮されて、玉ねぎをおろし、ガーリックフライをみじん切りに。噛めば噛むほどに後から味がどんどん変わってくる楽しみがありました。
伝助穴子も炭火でじっくり炙られて、ふわっふわ( ´ ▽ ` )
アマダレも醤油の角が立つことなくまろやかで丸みがあって、とっても甘だれも美味しいです。
日本酒は大将に好みを言えば選択してくれますのと同時に、隠しネタもありますよ。
お鮨に合うものばかりですが、ちゃんと好みを言って楽しくお鮨をいただくのも醍醐味だなと思います。
