金曜日の昼時11時に予約をして単身伺いました。
10分前に到着すると数組がもう並んでいます。
予約のお客さんが優先的に店内に案内され、板長さんの前に座ることができます。
板さんは2人で廻しているようです。
しかし、知ってはいたけれど、この狭さは半端ないです。
まさに椅子の幅しかないという感じです。
11時30分には満席状態ですが、予約なしで来る人もいるので、順番待ちの並びも発生していましたが、板長さんの的確な客さばきが素晴らしかったです。
以下、今回のおまかせ (6,600円・税込) の内容です。
ちなみに⚪はつまみ系で、●は握りを表しています。
⚪しじみのエキスの一杯

何か香りが付いていると感じましたが、桜の葉の香りだそうで、この季節感がいいです。

⚪いちご「やよい姫」
シャリはクセのない赤酢のシャリです。
赤酢があまり好きでない人にも、抵抗なく食せると思います。
「つまみが先で途中から握り」というパターンが多いのですが、こちらはつまみと握りを分けない構成になっています。
ビールが無くなりそうだと次どうするか気にかけてくれたり、あがりがスッと出されたり、サービス面でもストレスがありません。
ビールと日本酒込みでお会計はわずか 7,810円でした。
この充実のレパートリーをこの価格で出せる企業努力はハンパではないと思います。
北海道の「金寿司」さんがコスパの良さでは記憶に残っていますが、それを超えるお値打ちものです。高級なお寿司屋さんに通い慣れている人にも「これで十分なんじゃないか」と思わせる説得力のあるお料理でした。
それだけに、もう少しゆったりとパーソナルスペースを確保してください、お願いします。
