土曜日の夕刻19時半に単身伺いました。
ご存じの通り「宮川」さんは予約困難店で、無事電話予約が取れたので北海道旅行を決めたのでした。
お店を移転してからは初めて伺います。
L字のカウンター7席のみのおまかせで、他に個室に3名のお客さんです。
内容は次の通りでした。

以上3万円のおまかせで、いろいろお酒を頂いても4万円でお釣りが数千円あった感じです。
すべての料理が美味しいのは言うまでもありませんが、特に「鮑の肝スープ」は、スープがエスプーマ状で軽く滑らかで新感覚でした。
「クエのしゃぶポン」も熱の入れ加減が絶妙で旨味が凄く引き出されていました。
「ブリの漬け」は薬味に山わさび、皮を炙ったものが乗っていて、食感が楽しかったです。
大将は相変わらずの優しい語り口で、そのお人柄でご一緒しているお客さんたちを仲良く楽しめる雰囲気にしてくれます。
当然ホスピタリティーも完璧ですが、接客のお姉さんの日本酒の勧め方がお上手で、とっくりに残った日本酒を注いでくれて、「じゃあお次を」っていう流れで、知らず知らずのうちに楽しくいっぱいお酒を頂いちゃってる感じです。
大変美味しいお鮨を堪能させて頂きました。
