火曜日の20時半に単身伺いました。
予約サイトからひと月前に予約済みです。
完全予約制の2部制一斉スタートです。
店内はカウンター8席のみです。
つまみと握りはアトランダムに提供されますが、握りの方は温度管理をしているのですぐに食べてほしいとのことです。

シャリは赤酢で、米の粒の食感がちゃんと感じられる僅かに硬い感じは好みです。
一番感動したのは「あん肝最中」で、クリームチーズとはちみつとの調和がこれ以上旨味を凝縮できないだろうという至福の逸品でした。
まぐろを使った鮨も5品と多く、まぐろ好きの人にとってはこたえられないでしょう。
お酒をけっこう頂き、追加も握ってもらいましたが、お会計は4万円を下回りました。
札幌の高級鮨店でも比較的高価な部類に属しますが、そのせいもあってか客層は好印象な人が多く、お隣のご夫婦とも楽しく会話できました。大将や女将さんの明るく親しみやすい人柄も居心地の良い空間を提供してくれます。
美味しいお鮨を満喫させてもらいました。
