一年ぶりお江戸でお鮨です。
仕事を早々と終わらせてて、赤坂見附駅で家族に合流しランチでお邪魔しました。路線 グーグルマップさまさまです。白ワインをお願いしました。 口コミのとおりマグロ四連チャンでスタートです。
手巻きの佐賀の海苔で少しビビリ・11キロオーバーの縞鯵〜ラストの穴子 とどめを刺されました(笑)
醤油と山葵が優しい味なので、素材の 味と香りがよくわかりました。丁寧で繊細なお鮨でした。
美味しい。 やっぱ東京のお鮨ってすごいなー
