水曜日小雨、15時前 100人くらいならんでる

席数多いし、サクッと飲みが多いので小一時間程で入店。
寒いから、燗注文するも、ない
メニューにあるものだけですっと…
では、常温で
頬肉炙り とろ鉄火 カニの酢の物
まず 蟹の爪がくる??
これやないんやけど…

その時例のバーナーで炙りが始まりました。ある程度注文まとまってから、調理なんやね。
お客さんの半分は、インバウンドの人でした。
