夏に牡蠣が食べたいと言うの友人が広島に来るというので、いろいろ店を探し予約しました。
予約客は入り口階段を上り、今度は下に降りるというナンとも面白く運動になる店でした。
席だけの予約なので先ずはビールを注文。
冷たいグラスに注がれたビールはちょうど良いぐらいの泡があって、またその泡がとても柔らかい
なんとも至福のときでした。
まずは牡蠣料理 ちゃんと火が入っているので
安心して食べられます。
地タコのレモン焼きはタコが柔らかく大変美味しく、穴子は素の味がナンとも言えない。
広島ではこれを食べないと、ということで有名なコーネもサラダ風に仕上げてありこれも絶品。
ビール、日本酒、ハイボールを頂き少しほろ酔いで〆のご飯は焼きおにぎり茶漬けにしました。
このお茶漬けがまた美味い!〆にピッタシ!
これで2人で12,000円。ちょうど良いぐらい!
