好きなものをアラカルトで頼めます。歩留まりや作業効率重視がトレンドなのか、このスタイルで良いものを出せるお店は、絶滅危惧種となりつつあるような気がします。
京都の割烹と言えば、やはり「ぐじ(甘鯛)」。最も好きな焼き魚です。今回はカマ付きで最高でした!体高からみても、かなり大きなものを使っておられるようです。惜し気もなくたっぷり2人前ぐらいあり大満足です。
このお店に来たら皆さんに注文して欲しいと思う一方で、全員が注文したら、自分が頼みたいときに売切れになるのではと心配でもあります。
その他、かぶら蒸し、鴨饅頭、鴨ロースなど京都の昔ながらの割烹料理の定番が大体揃っています。あれだけ頼んで、このお値段とは、少しビックリでした。
(追記)割烹で最後が「釜めし」は珍しいように思いますが、釜めし大好きな私には夢のコラボです。なぜ他店ではやっていないのか?と疑問に思い改めて考えてみると、時間がかかる(回転数が落ちる)、お料理の注文数が減る(=客単価が落ちる)、洗物が大変、持ち帰り対応が面倒など、様々な大人の事情が浮かんできます。逆に言うと、この店がいかに良心的かが分かります。
ちなみにここの釜飯は超薄味で、炊き込みご飯という感じ。余ったらおにぎりにしてくれるので、翌日も京都の味が楽しめて得した気分です。
