旨っ!と思ったものは写真のとおり。「香箱蟹」は日本酒に合う一品。初めて食べた「マグロの脳天の西京焼き」も脂がのっていて美味しい。
日本酒はお任せで。私の好きそうなものをチョイスしていただいた。特に最後の2銘柄、紫宙と播州一献が旨かった。
お鮨は高価な食べ物だ。だから雰囲気、接客、会話を含めて、自分にとって特別であり、かつ居心地の良い店を選びたい。えこひいき?勿論ある。だって、人間だもの。
