まさか、こんなお店があったなんて!食べログでたまたま見つけて予約して伺いました。夫婦共々ジビエが大好き。初訪問だったので、おまかせコースを頼みました。
シャンパンのグラスと一緒に、最初に出てきた前菜。お肉しっかり、まわりのパイ生地とのマッチング。そのあと、かわいいシカ登場。これは、鹿の血とのこと。おいしい、すばらしい…!!
オレンジワインにチェンジして、フォカッチャからのイノシシのハム。まーったくクサミなし、ちょうどいい弾力、オレンジワインにピッタリ!そこから赤ワインになり、人生初の熊のお肉をいただきました。やっわらかい、ほろほろ…でも弾力を感じるんです、力強い。そのあとは非常に珍しい雪兎、それからシカ肉と続きます。もう、マスターの料理の腕、最高です。間にいちじくのグラニテを挟んで、鴨のロースト。最後にパスタ。もう、本当に全部おいしい。
全ての食材というわけではないですが、マスターが自分で狩ってきたジビエ。本当においしくいただきました。
カラス…いつか食べてみたい。
