ガーリックトーストに和牛ユッケをこれでもかってくらいたっぷり乗せたブルスケッタはとても美味しかったです。
サラダのドレッシングは長芋に青のりが効いていて、ネバネバ好きにはたまらない。
牡蠣のソテーにはたっぷりのトリュフオイルを注入してもらって一口で旨みを逃さず丸ごとパクっと!!
濃厚な自家製豆腐を塩とオリーブオイルに冷凍トマトを削ってもらい、さっぱりとお口直しをした後に、時間をかけて甘く焼いた玉ねぎ。
最後にお肉と炊き込みガーリックライス、素晴らしいお味でした。甘味も丁度いい量で、コスパも良いと感じました。
