地下鉄西長堀駅4A出口から徒歩2-3分の所にあるラーメン屋。平日の13時50分に到着しましたが、15人の外待ち。40分ほどで店内に入ることができました。つけそば大盛り1900円と名古屋コーチン半熟味付玉子250円を注文。値段は高く思えますが、こだわりぬかれた特選素材をばかりを使用してるようです。麺は中太平打ち麺でとても美しく、小麦の香りがしてツルツルとした食感。つけ汁は醤油ベースですが、旨味が感じられ、美味しい麺を引き立てています。これは、値段は張りますが、また食べたくなる美味しさです。
