店内に辞書の様な大きなメニューがあり、大将のこだわりが詰まっており、会話を交わさなくても伝わります
変わらず接客は、かなり良く、過去にミシュランを受賞されたのも納得です
アラカルトでここまでの焼き加減と塩加減の焼き鳥を出せるのは本当にすごいと思います
焼き方は団扇を使った特徴的な丁寧な焼きで、火入れ抜群
遠方からでも、通う価値は充分あると思います
