店内は、ゆったりめの席で過ごしやすいです
この日は、なんと引退された先代の川中さんがいらっしゃり直接串を炭で焼いてくれました
受け継がれた息子の川中さんも鶏への想いがかなり強いのが伝わります
淡海地鶏、軍鶏、名古屋コーチン等を店舗の横の養鶏場で育てており、その日に捌いた鶏を食べられるので、鮮度抜群です
接客も丁寧で、長年お客さんに愛されているのが伝わりました
ボリューム満点のコース料理は、食べきれなくてもご飯をおにぎり等、持ち帰り用にしてくれます
日本酒は種類が多く、滋賀県の銘柄を中心にアラカルトでもおまかせでも注文可能
