2025年8月にオープンし、現在はワンオペ
カウンター席では、臨場感たっぷりにウナギの捌きや、大将との会話が楽しめます
おまかせコースですが、天然うなぎとでしこうなぎをお願いしており、入荷したとの事で運良くご用意頂けました
以前の麟には何度か訪問したことがあり、期間が空いていましたが、覚えていてくれたみたいで嬉しかったです
何事にも真っ直ぐな塚本大将にお客様だけではなく、有名な飲食店からも可愛がられているのが人柄に出ております
試行錯誤されており、これからコースメニューも変わっていきそうで、浜松に来れば定期訪問したいお店です
