初鰹を食べる時に巻き寿司にしたり、和牛炙りを湘南ゴールドの蜜煮と一緒に頂いたり。穴子天と蕗味噌とだしの天茶漬けも良かったです。どのお料理も工夫が凝らされ、でも奇抜ではなく美味しいです。
料理旅館は大好きですが今までで一番かも。
