良縁と幸運が重なりまして、なんと松川さんで御飯をいただくことができました。言わずと知れた日本最高峰の和食店。予約すら取れないような超名店に初訪問です。
奥の個室に通していただき、ビールで喉を潤してからお食事スタートです。本日の素材ですと披露していただいたのは見事過ぎる松茸。それが卓越した技術で以下の料理へと変わっていった。私の拙い表現力より写真の方がよく伝わる気がするので、説明は最小限に控えさせていただきます。苦笑

ずらりと並んだ高級食材。それらの良い所を引き出すために手間を惜しまない姿勢と、隅々まで洗練された逸品が提供される。松茸と蟹しんじょの椀物の美味しさには思わず驚嘆してしまった。
美味しい物に囲まれると人は自然と笑顔になりますね。贅沢な時間を過ごさせていただきました。
