たまにはお寿司でも行こうかと思い、鮨海界さんを予約。洞爺湖サミットが行われたホテルやミシュランで☆を取った店で修行を積んだ店主が六本木に店を出されたということで期待に胸を膨らませ訪問。
店内は落ち着いた雰囲気でいかにも高級寿司店。ビールを注文してスタート。クエ、鯛、タコの刺身を醤油、うに塩、昆布塩などでいただきます。
鰹の黄身醤油仕立て、本ししゃもの西京漬け、蛤と海苔など全てにおいて丁寧な仕事です。圧巻は香箱ガニのあんかけと裏漉しした鮟肝ですかね。とても美味しかった。しかも北海道の日本酒との相性が抜群でした。
にぎりは鯵、トキシラズ、赤身、トロ、雲丹が二種類など総じて美味しかった。中でも鯵とトキシラズは絶品でした。店主もとても優しい方だったし、また来てみたいお寿司屋さんとなりました。
