ここは素敵な雰囲気の中、季節の和食割烹をいただけるお店でした。今回は楽しいをテーマとしたお任せコースを頂きましたが、どの料理もこだわりがあり、見た目が綺麗で、とても美味しく楽しめました。日本酒を頼むと様々な器で提供してくれるのも良い所でした。店内は立派な庭園のような庭も見ることができて、古民家を改装した落ち着いた雰囲気でした。外国のお客さんもいて、店員さんは丁寧で素敵。隠れ家的かつお薦めなお店です。ここを知っていれば会食やデート等で喜ばれること間違いなし。

・【先付け】あん肝の和え物
白菜 ビーツ 生胡椒 たまり醤油出汁
先ず器が可愛くて、冬仕様で雪だるまもいました。濃厚で柔らかいあん肝とビーツの食感が合わさってとても美味しい。白菜はシャキシャキだけど、焼いている感じもあって香ばしい。醤油出汁と合わさって最初からテンション上がる1品でした。
・【椀】鯛 蕪椀
蕪細切り 鯛だし 柚子
鯛の優しい出汁の味が体に染み渡ります。鯛はふっくら柔らかくて、蕪の細切りは食感もありました。柚子の香りがほのかに香り、美味しかったです。
・【揚】烏賊春巻き
じゃが芋 黒烏賊 烏賊出し 黒七味
可愛らしい箱に入って登場。中には綺麗な春巻きが。春巻きはパリパリで、大きめにカットされた烏賊が入っていて食感をしっかり感じれます。じゃが芋はインカのめざめを使用しており、甘味が口の中に広がります。イカを炊いた出汁に黒七味が入っているタレにつけて食べると少しピリッとして美味しかった。

あら汁 煮凝り そば出汁 ばん葱 山葵
旬の鰤を使ったお刺身でした。分厚く脂ののった鰤が3切れありました。出汁の効いた少しとろみのあるタレが濃厚で鰤の脂と合わさってとても美味しかった。
・【季節の一品】蛤 潮干狩り
蛤低温調理 とびっこ 蛤ジュレ 蕗の薹オイル
潮干狩りをイメージした大きな蛤が登場しました。スコップやシャベルに見せた食器も可愛いし、砂に見立てた鰹節は面白い。これを蛤にかけて食べます。ジュレから蛤の味がしっかりして、蛤は半分に切れていました。大きくプリプリで、噛めば噛む程口の中に旨味が広がります。とびっこの食感も楽しいし、見た目も味も楽しめる1品で美味しかった。
・【焼】田村牛炭火焼き
下仁田葱味噌ソース 焼き長葱 銀杏
お肉はとても柔らかく火入れ加減も良く、中は綺麗なピンク色でした。濃厚な味噌のソースの甘辛さとお肉の甘味が合わさってとても美味しいし、お酒が進みます。葱やナッツの食感も楽しめました。
・【煮】大根 ほうれん草
大根 ほうれん草地漬け 梅の餡
ほうれん草の下には大きい聖護院大根が入っていました。しっかり感じれる梅餡の味がとても素敵でした。大根は柔らかくて味も染みていて、美味しく、心温まる1品でした。
・【飯】鰆土鍋ご飯
赤蕪 割り干し大根 サボイキャベツ マスタード 味噌汁 栃尾油揚げ 万葱 漬物 胡瓜 蕪 牛蒡
赤蕪とキャベツの彩りが綺麗で見た目も楽しめます。鰆の程よい脂と旨味がご飯に合わさっていました。ご飯はおこげも感じれて、割干し大根の食感がアクセントになっています。〆に最適って感じでした。残ったらおにぎりにしてお持ち帰りができました。
・【甘】自家製杏仁豆腐と甘酒
いちご みかん ラフランス メープルシロップゼリー
杏仁豆腐は滑らかで甘くて、好きな感じでした。甘酒とメープルシロップゼリーの組み合わせも珍しいし、3種のフルーツも入っていて、満足のいくデザートで美味しかった。
