茨城県・福島県に初めて旅行で来たので、スケジュールを何とか調整して長年行ってみたかった福島県鮨部門No.1、食べログBronze2021~2025年に選ばれてる超有名店の【小判寿司】へ。
前日水戸駅周辺に泊まり、翌朝1人でJR水戸駅からJR水群線の電車にのり2時間半揺られ、中豊駅に到着し無人駅だったので、そこから徒歩15分で到着。
鮨が大好きなので、行きたいお店の為なら1人でもどんな移動距離があっても全然苦じゃない。
伺う2週間前ぐらいに、ランチで鮨おまかせ12貫『藍』の約1万円のコースを電話予約させて頂きました。
魚は地物に限らず南は熊本県の天草、北は北海道からと全国から直送で仕入れられてると聞き楽しみ&期待大。
酢の酸味、シャリの固さや優しく握られたシャリが口の中に入れた時のほぐれ具合など、個人的に大好きな感じでとても美味しかったです。
酢飯との相性を考えて熟成させたり、朝取れの新鮮な状態で握られたりしてて、特に小肌、北紫雲丹、本鮪、鳥貝、鯵と追加で頼んだ細魚、白甘鯛が最高でした。
穴子は塩とツメの2種類味わう事ができふわふわな穴子が口の中でとろけていく感じが堪らん。
近くにあるなら確実に常連になってるレベル、都会のお鮨屋さんにはない地方鮨ならではのコスパと感動的なクオリティ、親身な接客で必ずまた伺いたいと思う名店でした。
次回行くなら夜ゆっくり飲みながらつまみと握りのコース頂いてみたいです。
