元々名古屋市中村区にあった日本料理の名店【#もちづき 】で修行され独立されて、現在『#食べログBronze 2025 』『#日本料理百名店 2025』を確認し超予約困難店となった【味処おおたに】へ。
朝友人のインスタのストーリーで急遽行けなくなったので行ける方募集と投稿があり、ずっと行ってみたかったので即枠をいただいて初来店。
L字のカウンター10席と掘りごたつの座敷が一つあり、カウンターからは料理のLIVEを見る事ができ、清潔感のある和の落ち着いた雰囲気がとてもいいです。
まずはビールを注文し、先付の『穴子の煮凝り』や椀物の『浅利真丈』などスタートから期待値を超える美味さ。
続いて、金目鯛、鯵、鰹の『お造り』、毛蟹の飯蒸し、アスパラ肉巻き、赤茄子、出し巻き玉子の『せいろ蒸し』、メインの『八寸』も1つずつの食材を最大限に活かした料理で最高。
〆の御飯物は『桜海老と本鱒、新ごぼうの炊き込みご飯』で蓋をあけた時の桜海老の香りが食欲をそそり、美味しすぎて2回おかわりでお腹パンパン。
約10品で1品ずつ量もあり、1人コース12,000円はコスパも素晴らしい。
次回予約は最短で来年の6月でさすが予約困難店だと再認識、でもめちゃくちゃ楽しみ。
