鮨権左衛門にて、極と馳走啐啄一十の最強コラボでお鮨と肉食べれて出汁楽しめるとか幸せ。
コラボだけあって越前蟹、鮨、高森牛と食材も最強。
馳走啐啄一十の水や昆布に拘った出汁も今回の楽しみの一つ。
越前蟹は内子、外子、蟹味噌、蟹身をカニ酢や塩で頂き、感動級に美味しかった。
鮨を置いた瞬間の沈む感じ見て分かるけど、口の中に入れてシャリがほぐれる感じが抜群で、藤森さんの鮨大好きです。
鰆はブロック状で表面だけ軽く火入れされていて中はレア状態、カラスミとの相性抜群。
高森牛はモモの生ハム、モモのステーキ、サーロインの肉吸いと3品も食べれて大満足。
ステーキはいっぱいおかわりもらえました。
