名古屋駅から徒歩15分の四間道エリアにある『おくどさん』で炊く究極の朝ご飯を食べに【四間道とりう】へ。
上海の日本食のお店で料理長をされ、その後帰国し2025年9月9日に【四間道とりう】をオープン。
コースのスタートは、目覚めの一杯の甘いオレンジジュースで身体を整えて、続いて擦りおろしたての山葵を添えた『汲み上げ湯葉』や『すっぽんの茶碗蒸し』は上品な味わいで湯葉に関しては過去一美味しい。
本日のご飯のお供は、左上から時計周りで『冷奴・天然自然薯・ほうれん草とエノキのお浸し・自家製梅干し・漬物盛り合わせ自家製辛子明太子・温泉玉子・もずく酢と間人の蟹・ふろふき蕪と蕗のとう味噌』など9種もあり鳥生大将の手間を惜しまない丁寧な料理は、どれも最高のご飯のお供になりそうで美味しかったです。
いよいよメインの『おくどさん』で炊き立てのご飯は、奥さんの実家でご両親が作られたお米を自ら精米し、釜を開いた瞬間の香りが店内に広がり、瑞々しく艶もあり一粒一粒がたって見えます。
そのジャストタイミングでちょうど出来立ての『鰆の柚庵焼き』と『だし巻き玉子』が提供。
一口目はそのまま、その後はご飯のお供と一緒に3杯、最後にパリパリなオコゲで合計4杯食べてお腹パンパン。
最後に中国福建省の高級ジャスミンを使ったアイスクリームは一口目のジャスミンの香りが衝撃的で、是非食べてもらいたい一品。
上海でお店をされていた時に中国のローソンとコラボで商品化の話があった程中国でも大人気だったみたいです。
グルメな友人からの貸切の朝食グルメ会は期待値を大幅に超える急遽の朝食で、次回3月に夜の蟹と虎河豚のコースを予約させていただきました。
オープンされて半年も経たず予約困難店になりつつありミシュランも狙われているので、今後めちゃくちゃ楽しみなお店です。
