グルメ通で有名なアンジャッシュ渡部さんもおすすめする1934年創業食べログ寿司EAST百名店にも選ばれた老舗お鮨屋【金寿司】へランチ予約して伺いました。
全国で色々なお鮨屋行ったけど、その地を訪れた時に何回もリピートで伺うお店は少ない中、この【金寿司】は札幌くるたびに行きたくなる名店。
店内は老舗らしい落ち着いた雰囲気でカウンター、テーブル、小上がり、個室などがあります。
以前に比べると値上がりはしたものの、今でもコスパ良くハイクオリティなお鮨屋がいただけて、今回は『おまかせ寿司』12貫5,720円を注文。
白酢のシャリはネタを殺さないように計算された程よい酢の酸味で、小ぶりなサイズでネタとのバランスもとてもイイです。
1番好きなのは昔から金寿司ならでの『中トロヅケ』で、上品な脂で旨味が強く、片側の端のみ軽く炙ってあり最高。
また大粒で歯応えがとてもいい『帆立』や大ぶりな『甘エビ』は通常の握りとシャリのみの軍艦が出され、甘エビの頭からつくった塩辛ソースを軍艦に吸わせて食べると海苔の風味も相性抜群。
いくらのプチプチ感や卵の濃厚さも普段食べるものとは全く違います。
この価格で北海道らしいネタを充分に味わうことができ、大将の接客などもとても丁寧で、札幌にいくと常に通いたくなる大好きなお店です。
