平日の夜に相方さんと訪問です。
こちらは奈良県でとても人気のお店ですね。
運良く個室の予約がとれ、コースを注文です。
2人には勿体ないくらいの個室に案内頂きました。
内容は、
・赤貝とわけぎのぬた和え
・お造り(平目・はりいか・げそ)
・なまこの土佐酢
・蛤と筍のわかめの煮物椀
・八寸
・ふぐの唐揚げ餡かけ
・酒粕の鍋
・あゆの稚魚と氷魚と若ごぼうのご飯

以上になります。
美味しすぎて、ただただ感動です…。
最初のぬた和えから衝撃的で、どうやって作ってるのか全く素人にはわかりません。
お造りの平目を塩昆布と合わせて頂いたり、煮物椀の優しい出汁、見た目にも楽しめる八寸。
ふぐの唐揚げをこんなに美味しいと思ったのは初めて。
広島の猪の酒粕の鍋は全く臭みもなく美味しかった。
太刀魚は炭の香りが最高でフワフワです。
ご飯は、満腹すぎてお代わりできず無念…。
最後に驚いたのは炙り鯖寿司!
これはとろ鯖なのでしょうか、脂が最高で感動的な美味しさ。
これだけ持ち帰りたい…。
最後まで丁寧な接客で、最高の料理を頂き感動致しました。
香川からは近くはありませんが、また伺いたいと思います。
