2月のお昼に相方さんと訪問です。
こちらは完全予約制のお店になります。
コースのみで、カウンターに着席です。
最初に目の前でかつおやまぐろを削って頂き、1年ものと2年ものなどの削りたてを食べ比べさせて頂けます。
この時点で期待が膨らみますね!
内容は、
・白魚と長芋、木耳の梅の餡がけ
・お造り(かつお・平目・千枚かぶら)
・椀物(うど・はまぐり・蕾菜)
・焼物(めいごの幽庵焼き)
・和物(ぜんまい・ふきのとう・ごぼう)
・揚物(筍・新玉・河豚)
・松葉ガニと大根とせり
・雲子の卵とじ丼
・鰯の茶漬け
・漬け丼
・雑魚と鰹節の卵かけご飯
料理は以上になります。
ただただ感動です…。
祝酒からお抹茶まで全て美味しかったです。
どれも丁寧に出汁をとった料理で、本当に感動しました。
旬な食材を使い、京を感じれる料理ばかりです。
中でも椀物の出汁には感動させられました。
うどや蕾菜などの春野菜と合わさると最強の椀物になります。
めいごの焼き加減、添えてあるごまで和えた縮みほうれん草もまた美味しい!
白和えもごぼうや、ぜんまい・ふきのとうなど旬がたくさんです。
松葉ガニはただただ美味しかった…。
ご飯物はなんとおかわり自由です。
にもかかわらず、これまでの料理ですでに満腹に…。
やはり雑魚と鰹節の卵かけご飯が一番ですね!
デコポンジュースやお抹茶も美味しかったです。
最後に、対応して頂いた同郷のスタッフさんはじめ、皆さんの接客も丁寧で、本当に最高な時間を過ごすことができました。
今度は夜に、また伺いたいと思います。
