こちらに伺いたくて、数ヶ月前から予約しました。
席はカウンター6席程。ランチは11時からと13時からの2部制です。
メニューは8貫か10貫かを選び、1〜3の箱から好きなネタを選択できる素敵なスタイル。
私は8貫+のどぐろを追加で頂くことにしました。
一の箱から→煮穴子、白海老、ふぐ白子
二の箱から→連子鯛、ケラ玉、赤イカ
三の箱から→稲荷、豆乳マカダミアあいす
追加でのどぐろ
大将の見事な包丁捌きを見ながら、一貫づつ丁寧に握られたお寿司はどれも格別でした。
特に好みだったのは煮穴子。ふわふわでとろけます。今が旬の白海老とのどぐろも最高でした。
大将のお話も気さくで楽しくとっても素敵な金澤ランチになりました。また是非伺いたいお店です。
