【鮨 あらい】
・東京 : 東京メトロ 銀座駅A5出口から徒歩6分位
鮨の聖地でミシュラン1つ星の超予約困難店「鮨 あらい」さんへ。
基本は著名人等が利用するカウンター個室にてあらいさん2番手のメイさんによるおまかせです。
あらいさんと言えばやはりマグロが美味しいと聞いてはいましたが、本当に今まで食べた事がないマグロの新世界を感じる事ができるお鮨で感動しました(つд;*)
今回は青森県大間産の200キロ位の本マグロを使用したようです。
1つ1つの握りやお料理にはしっかり技が組み込まれており見た目以上に五感全てで楽しむことができる逸品ばかりで悶絶!
またシャリも固さ、酸味、温度が僕の好みそのもので美味しい。
いくらの鰹出汁は初めていただきました優しい鰹の味と香りがいくらの旨味とマッチし最高(゜゜)
穴子はとろけるだけではなく味付けに関してこれ以上は無いだろうと思わせてくれる程のお味でした!
そして大好きなうにはこちらも初めて食べるやま幸グループ・鴎洋水産さんの希海のうにで中身は変わるようですが今回はバフンウニ★☆
臭みは当たり前のように無く口の中でずっと味わっていたい旨味と美味しさの最高級品!
煮はまぐりも食感と旨味をしばらく口の中で楽しめ最高です♪
大好きなのどぐろも初体験のみぞれ餡でいただけたりと幸せでした(^^)
この日は年に5~6回しかない貴重な開運日の天赦日と「鮨 あらい」さんのおかげで生きてて良かったと再確認できる素敵な1日になりました。
来年の予約も取れたので今度はワインと一緒に嗜みたいです♪
