湯河原温泉の高台に位置する全5室の小さな隠れ家旅館です。父の米寿、母の傘寿を祝うためにこちらの宿を予約して訪問しました。JR湯河原駅からタクシーで約10分ほどの距離です。夕食は部屋食で提供され、一品一品、出来立ての料理が頂けます。
和食の懐石ですが、口直しの稲庭うどんや、中皿の米茄子、酢物のかつおは和食の範囲に留まらない見た目にも舌にも美味しいお料理でした。
