広島市中区胡町にある今回が2回目の訪問になる『すし割烹』のお店です。
場所は薬研堀通りの北口から通りを歩いて2,3分の場所に位置する飲食ビル1階にあります。
6月21日(水)の19時に妻と2人で伺わせて頂きました。
前回と同じカウンターの中央に席を取って頂きましたが、向かって右側(入り口側)に3人連れの先客がおられ楽しそうに歓談しておられました。
今回私は前回同様単品注文させて頂き、妻は本人の希望でおまかせにさせて頂きました。
先ずはプレモルの生ビールとお通し(黒バイ貝の煮付け)で乾杯♪(*^^)o∀*∀o(^^*)♪
そしてお造りをオーダー。
私は鱧の湯引き、しめ鯖、赤貝をお願いしました。
続いては大将のおすすめで、これからが旬の
・浜田産の岩牡蠣
を注文。見るからに美味しさが伝わってきました。
さらに揚げ物と焼き物をオーダー。
・タコ天
・地穴子白焼き
ここからは冷酒で。2人で2合3種を注文。
そしてにぎり寿司を頂く前に、2人の好物
・茶碗蒸し
をオーダー。
そしてにぎり寿司へ。私が頂いた順に、
・キス
・鰯
・大トロ
・夜泣き貝(ナガニシ)
・煮穴子(地物)
・鮑
・塩水雲丹(北海道産)

の内容で至福のひと時を満喫させて頂きました。
