刺身は豊後水道の関サバ 塩と昆布〆
大分の日向鯖 (養殖)はわさびを身につけて醤油で、炙りはレモンで。あとは熊本のすみいかと岩手の#帆立
最初に出た霞ヶ浦の白魚薬味にちょっと醤油を。
焼きものは獺祭 の酒粕に漬けたカレイの粕漬けを選択。他に本ししゃもオスと鰯、山口ののどくろとかから選択できました。
白子は山椒か酢みそであとは三陸のわかめ。
鮨は小肌に関さばだったかと…。
で飲み物は持ち込み自由。氷とペールにグラスはもらえます。
で、コース1人税込¥11,000
同行者に1,000円貸してってなったけど、まぁ当然帰ってきませんわな。
