衆議院議員選挙を済ませて、馬事公苑経由で12時訪問。毎回、楽しい寿司種がありますが、今日は香箱蟹がありました。小さな甲羅にぎっしりと蟹肉、蟹味噌、卵が詰まっています、調理が大変そう。食事後はいつもの和紅茶。これがとても食後にマッチしています。18品コース4500円のハイパフォーマンス。14時にご馳走様。今回思ったのは、お寿司はお醤油を使わない方が、魚介の旨みや食感が楽しめて良いということでした。醤油皿の無い、ツメを施して出すお店以外は、お醤油なしで挑戦してみよう。
