東京 弾丸鮨ツアー2日目のお昼は前日に予約した鮨竹さんです。
店主の竹内さんは、“新ばし しみづ”さんで小僧さんをされてた時から知ってます。
鮨竹さんには、竹内さんが独立されたばかりの頃に一度伺ったきりですので、恐らく約10年ぶりの訪店になります。
お店で頂いたものは写真を見て頂きたいのですが、まぁとにかく全部美味しかったです。
生意気を言わせて頂くと、初めて伺った際とは比較にならないくらい頂いたもの全てが鮨竹さん独自の味になっており、とても美味しかったです。
勿論、私のメントレレストランである“新ばし しみづ”さんで修行をされてますので、しみづさんのエッセンスも随所に感じられつつ、鮨竹さん独自の味を創り出されているのでまさに良いとこどりのハイブリッドお鮨ですね!
予約についても今流行りの某サイト経由ではなく、直接お店への電話でとれるのも魅力です。
鮨竹さんで食事をする為にまた東京へ来たいと思える素晴らしいお店です。
