ランチのおまかせ的なお値段内容でカウンター貸切しました。
生牡蠣が出てきました。とても美味しく塩の香りがおいしい牡蠣でした。
おせち料理を少しということで、板さと黒豆縦巻きをいただきました。
海苔のあんかけの茶碗蒸しです。
赤貝とても、おいしかったです。
合間にいただく。日本酒がとても珍しいものから、大将が進めてくれました。
おでん、風の香箱蟹が出汁に染みておいしいです。
生き生きと、跳ねている車海老を、茹でてくださいました。
車海老、まぐろともに、赤酢しゃりと大変よく合い、味噌も美味しくいただきました。
タコの柔らか煮は本当に柔らかく、手間ひまをかけているお話を伺って感心しました。
コハダは酢の具合とふっくらとした味がとても美味しくて、全員大感激でした。
イカも柔らかく美味しい。
すべてにおいて大変美味しくいただきました。
デザートまでしっかりといただくことができました。
写真は失念してしまいました。
貸切で大変皆で楽しくいただくことができて、大将には感謝を致したいと思います。
