素材そのものの味わいを引き出してくれる程度でいいんだなぁ

火入れが絶妙で、特にサワラの焼きは美味しかった〜(*´∇`*)
カレーはお魚など様々なものから出汁を取られたそうです。とても美味しかった
こういう場所で旬のものを頂いて、
季節を感じるのもいいもんだなぁ✧*。
日本酒は好みを聞いてくれて、お料理にあった銘柄を出してくれます
