お店の扉を開けた瞬間、
まるで時間が、静かに流れ出すような空気が漂います。
カウンターは八席。
耳を澄ませばジャズが流れ、
五感がすっと澄みわたる空間です。
いただいたのは、おまかせコース【桜】。
春の移ろいを一皿ずつ感じさせてくれる構成でした。
◆ おつまみ
■ 平目
透き通るような身に包丁が美しく入り、噛むごとに静かに旨味が広がる。
まさに職人さんの繊細さが活きた一品。
■ 鰆塩焼き
香ばしく焼かれた皮と、
ふっくらとした白身のコントラスト。
旬を迎えた鰆は、
脂ののりが上品でした。
■ 蛍烏賊 生姜醤油
美味。そして生姜の香りが舌の上でふわり。
■ 鯛の酒蒸し
出汁の深みが、鯛の旨味をそっと包み込む。
優しい塩梅で、心まで温まるような味わいでした。

職人さんの丁寧な手仕事が感じられる一貫。

鉄火巻き
香ばしい海苔と上質な赤身が織りなす端正な巻物。
赤出汁でコースを締めくくり、
デザートのデコポンのシャーベットで
最後の一口まで、ぬかりない美味しさ。
ただ美味しいだけではない、
“丁寧に扱われた時間”をいただける
贅沢なお店でした。
