前回の訪問を覚えてくださっていました
印象深いことと言えば大将が
モンゴウイカはそのままだすとかたいんだけど、時間をかけて昆布締めにすることでとても美味しくなるんですよ、と教えてくれたこと
丁寧にこだわって一品一品お料理されているのが伝わった瞬間でした
今回の優勝は
鶏肝の生姜煮
こんなきれいな色で舌触り食感もなめらかで旨い鶏肝 とてもおいしかった
お酒は奈良の今西酒造の「今西」がとてもすっきり辛口で美味しく
これからもどこかでまた出会えるように強く願った次第 いいお酒でした
釜飯にお味噌汁マストですよ
今回もおにぎり握っていただいて翌日美味しくいただきました
ずっと忙しく手を止めないのにすぐに気がついて必要な時にお話をしてくれたり注文伺ってくれたりする大将のマルチタスクっぷりがすばらしいなと改めて
ご馳走様でした
