【食べた料理と値段、特に美味しかった料理】
鮨コースに、カワハギ(お代わり)、ニタリクジラの尾の身(お代わり)、真鯛(お代わり)、白甘鯛を追加して3.7万円前後でした。こだわりの食材を丁寧に仕込み、シャリとネタの一体感を重視したお鮨は絶品です。一品目のぶり大根は、脂の乗ったブリと大根のさっぱりした食感が絶妙な味わいでとても美味しいです。投稿した写真の順に料理が提供されますが、本当にどれも美味しく幸せな時間を過ごすことができました。本日特に美味しく感じた料理は、ぶり大根、クエのかぶら蒸し(クエの旨みとかぶら蒸しの食感が絶妙です。)、真鯛(食感と旨味が豊かです。)、ニタリクジラの尾の身(クジラの臭みはなく、牛肉とトロの良いとこどりしたような濃厚な味わいでした)、ニシンの磯部巻(脂の乗った新鮮なニシンがとても美味しいです。)、コハダ(しっかりと仕込みをされており、コハダ臭みはなく、旨味が凝縮されほどよく脂の乗っており絶品です。噛み続けるとほんのり酢の味わいが出てシャリと一体化するように感じます。)、カワハギ(昆布出汁で〆ることで保水して、水々しく旨み溢れるカワハギです。中に肝が忍ばせておりクリーミーで濃厚な味が噛むごとに調和します。)でした。他のネタも本当に美味しく、何回も来店したいです。

ハイコスパです。正直、この値段でこれだけのネタを食べれるのは、大阪ではほとんどないと思います。
