【食べた料理と値段、特に美味しかった料理】
鮨コース➕貴重な日本酒を2人で4合頂き4.2万でした。料理の内容を考えると超ハイコスパです。大阪でこの値段でこのお鮨が食べれたら、一年待ちの超予約困難店になるように思います。お鮨はシャリとネタのバランスが良く、お鮨としての一体感があり、とても美味しいです。特にマグロ(赤身、中トロ、大トロ)は絶品で、このクラスのマグロが食べれるお店は滅多にないと思います。コハダの〆方も色々あると思いますが、小生好みでした。車海老自体とても良いものですが、レアに仕上げており、茹で加減も抜群でした。アオリイカの切り込みの入れ方もよくねっとりした食感、甘みがとても良かったです。その他の料理、全てについて記載すると長文になるため控えますが、博多に行った際は必ず行くべきお店の一つだと思います。
【店員のサービス・対応】
若い大将ですが、とても感じの良い方です。大阪天満宮の鮨とよながさんの弟弟子ということもあり、人柄もお鮨へのこだわりも抜群に良いです。女将さん、お弟子さん達も良い方ばかりで、とても良い時間が過ごせました。
【店内の雰囲気】
和風の店内で、大将のこだわりの詰まった内装です。去年オープンということもあり、とても綺麗で居心地がよいです。
