20時15分頃に並び始めました。その時すでに7、8組くらいが並んでいました。お酒が入る店ですからそう簡単には回転しないだろうな、とは思っていましたが、入店できたのが23時10分。列を離れる人もほぼいなく、自分たちの後ろにもどんどん人が並んで行く様子を見ていると、これくらいの行列は当たり前のようです。
噂のウニクレソン。入店が遅くなったのでもう品切れ覚悟でしたが大丈夫でした。美味い!バターの風味とウニが絶妙。まずはそのまま、次はバゲットに乗せて、最後はバゲットで皿を舐め回すようにいただきました。
とんぺい焼きは新鮮な青ネギを使っているためかシャキシャキ食感があっておいしいです。
広島のお好み焼きは初めて。うどんは細麺でもちもち、焼きそばはよく焼いてあるのでパリパリ食感。生地は薄めでキャベツ、バラ肉などを重ねていく重ね焼き方式。逆に大阪は生地にキャベツなどを最初から混ぜて焼く混ぜ込み方式だそうです。広島お好み焼きは生地が薄めなのでペロリといけちゃいました。
飲み物は乳酸菌飲料のサワー「チー坊」がおいしかった。ただ「チー坊」と言いたいがために注文していたのかも(笑)
今は予約はやってないそうなので、せめて混雑時は90分制などの制限があってもいいかなと。
