個人的には、名古屋でディナーを楽しんで新幹線に飛び乗って東京に帰るときはここ1択です。
この日のお任せコースはこんな感じでした。

・答志島トロサワラ/白和え
実は今回答志島でトロサワラを食べるための旅でした。
3日ぶりに食べましたが、やっぱ美味い!大将の腕もさすがでした
・鱧と海老のおろしあんかけ
鱧はこの後卵産むので痩せ細るそうです。
そういう意味では、夏より秋の方が絶対おいしい。
蒸し物とかならあっさりした夏のものがいい、と大将から教わりました
ニョロニョロ系は生命力強いので、夏も味が落ちない。
夏に美味しいものはなかなかないので、鱧は夏に食べるものという「常識」になっている、
とのことでした。なるほど!

・北海道のブリ
1週間寝かせてるそうで、旨み抜群です
・真鯛
・金目鯛の腹
脂の旨みがすごいし、噛み切りやすい。これすごいですよ。
・スミイカ
・小鯛
ふっくらしてますねー!
三河は波が静かなので、イカや鯛とかあっさりしたものが向いているそうです

・菅島の極みアジ

ここでキンメ煮付けが出てきました。

蒲郡や三重など東海地方のネタを中心に、たくさんの種類を楽しませてくれるのがうれしいですね。シャリも小さいので最後まで存分に楽しめます。
