名古屋競馬場前で下車し歩くこと約15分でお店に到着。11時のオープン20分前に着いたらすでにお二人がお待ちでした。それからオープンまでにみるみるお客様が訪れ行列に。早めに来て良かった❗
「味くらべ」を注文しました❗
・田舎二八ざる(半盛)
・手挽きがんこざる(半盛)
・在来種十割ざる
最初に半盛りの「田舎二八」と「手挽きがんこざる」が一つのざるで登場。田舎二八は細打ちで見ただけでその旨さがわかります。
田舎二八は蕎麦の黒い星が点々と見え香りたっぷり。最初は一緒にお盆に乗っていたお塩をガリガリ削って一口食べると、ざらっとした舌触りで何とも旨い❗私が一番好きな細さと荒々しさです。擦りたての生山葵だとさらに旨い❗
がんこざるは太目ですがそこまで食べにくい太さではありません。存在感があります。
そして「在来種の十割」は一人前で❗時々辛味大根で味を変化させなからいただきました。
また生山葵の辛いこと❗鼻にツーンと抜けるほどでした。
この店は入手困難な日本在来種の蕎麦を打ったり、石臼で手挽きで挽いたりと本当に色々拘ったお店ですね。人気の理由もよくわかります❗
