日本の名物「岩中豚」と店内に表示が掲げてあります。私は存じ上げませんが有名な豚肉なのでしょうね❗
ランチメニューも色々ありますが、せっかくですから百名店の基本の味を味わおうと思い「ロースかつ(上)2,500円」にしてみました。期待が高まります❗
先に木のボールに入ったサラダを持ってきてくれました。食べる分だけ取ってテーブルの上のドレッシングをかけていただきます。ドレッシングはポン酢のようなあっさりしたタイプ。
とんかつが運ばれてきました。かなり肉厚です。断面はうつくしいピンク色を残してカラッと揚がっております。
先ずはわじまの海塩で一口。これは旨い❗上品な豚の脂がわじまの海塩で引き立てられます。全部お塩で食べれそうなほどです。
でもお店の特性ソースでも味わってみなければ。カラシをたっぷり付けていただいてもやっぱり美味しいですね。これは私が食べてきたとんかつ人生の中でも上位に入る旨さです❗
お昼時は並ばないとはいれないのがネックですが、今度は同僚とランチメニューを食べに来たいと思います。
