どうもヌマオです。
馬籠宿にある『萩乃屋』にて昼食。
事前に予約していたミニ懐石をいただきます。
外の風景を眺めながら個室でゆったりとした時間が流れます。
先付から水物まで旬を感じる料理。
どの料理も出汁の味わいと素材の風味が活かされていて美味しい。
白和え、高野豆腐、山菜、普段なかなか食べる機会のないものの美味しさに驚き。
具材はねぎ、鰹節だけのお蕎麦。
蕎麦も出汁も凄く美味しい。
さわらの焼き物は表面が香ばしく、中はふっくら。
胡麻豆腐の揚げ出しはカリッとモチッとした豆腐に出汁がしみ込んで絶品。
なめこの雑炊も言うまでもなく美味。
最後は広島県産レモンのシャーベットであっさりと爽やか(*´▽`*)
料理はもちろん接客、立地も素晴らしくとても居心地が良かったです。
是非また訪れて懐石を味わいたいと思います。
